This is the official site of the White House of Costa Rica, located in Playa Hermosa, Santa Teresa on the Pacific side of the Nicoya Peninsula.
Our home is an architectural masterpiece on Hermosa Beach, built 50 yards from the high tide line and directly next door to the brand new, exclusive, Pranamar yoga resort.

Eco Commitment
We stand firmly behind the principles of environmental responsibility and do everything we can to be eco-friendly for our Costa Rican beach rental property. We strive to continue to improve upon our operations. In partnership with Green Wave, an environmental 501(c)(3) tax exempt non-profit, we are working to create programs to conserve resources, attain sustainability, and give back to both Costa Rica and the local community. We support the following Green Wave initiatives.
